Why We Do It

The mortgage broker who helped create and curate this website did it to help stay engaged in the real estate market in Vancouver–to be well-educated on the entire process and the current hot spots–and how homes are currently valued. By providing this service to the public he’s also found appreciative members of the public who have used him in the pre-approval process to help them find their home. His customized approach to special mortgage cases has helped him build a large portfolio of clients–especially for self-employed and our city heroes through his ‘Mortgages for Heroes’ program for police, firemen and other emergency workers.
